Very useful as a matress topper, easier to throw in the wash with a sheet than the fitted matress pad. I cut some up into halves and quarters to make feeding mats/lap protectors & travel changing pads of generous proportion. Remarkably absorbent for a thin sheet, even quarter-size will easily absorb a surprise 'attack' of baby urine.

I ordered 3 sheets.....I actually use them for potty pads for my rescue dogs. Two have the same plastic backing, the third one was different and is now coming apart. The backing is smooth vs pebblely, and sticks together when washed. The two pebblely ones are great.........I would reorder if I was sure to always get the good ones.

It's only one sided, and it does not really absorb liquid well, which is the whole purpose of the pad.
