Product is Beautiful but Came Broken :( Feb 22, 2010
The product itself is so pretty and feels like good quality. I am sad to say the product came broken and some of the wood didn't match the others. They were not packages well at all so now I have to wait for a replacement. I tried to return it at Target and the mean lady wouldn't return it unless I paid for shipping again (why should I pay for shipping again when it came broken). If yours comes broken don't go to the Target store to return it call the customer support people and they will send you a replacment and won't charge for shipping. I would recommend it to a friend if they are patient and can wait foreveer to get a good, nonbroken piece. Hope this helps!
