Great blanket Mar 13, 2010
This blanket met my expectations. It's warm, it does the job and for the price I was quite happy with it. It's only been a month and it is not nearly as hot as when we first plugged it in, but that's with any electric blanket. So far so good. I generally find electric blankets only last about a year to 2 years so I don't why they give them 5 year warranties. Anyway for the money well worth it.

Friendly but not real quick to resolve the problem from two months ago Feb 06, 2010
The heating blanket was ordered in mid December and the item was never received and paid extra for second day shipping. I sent email to inform them of the problem and was told they would look into the matter and it would take 5-7 business days. This was around new years. I again emailed to see what has been found out and how it was going to be resolved. I was told I would be sent a replacement item. Have received email saying it is on it's way but haven't received it yet. What was frustrating is that no one seemed too concerned about resolving the matter and certainly did not try to do it quickly.

I thought I already reviewed this but I guess not. I bought this blanket to replace my old one that was 10 years old. I got a maroon one and thought it would leave red fuzz everywhere but it really hasn't. I washed it after I made sure it worked and the fuzz has been minimal. And this sucker heats up! I love it! I usually turn it on the lowest level and my bed is nice and warm. Very pleased!
