 False advertisement for the curtains length (82'' instead of 84'') Mar 04, 2009

The overall product is nice, but it is defective: the packaging says it is 84 inches in length while it's actually 82 inches. The rods were installed at 84 inches from the ground, our 84 inches sheers fall perfectly, while the suede curtains are shorter of 2 inches! We measured them, and they are 82 inches long.
I contacted the seller to let them know that they were defective, so that I could receive an exchange, and the seller never got back to me. I will never buy from this seller again!

I had never purchased curtains online before but I couldn't find any in store at a price I could afford like this. I am very happy I took a chance. They are a very good quality. I have had them for awhile now and they've been through washer and dryer and came out looking just as good as new.

I decided to switch from blinds to curtains and tried these. They are very pretty and thick. I noticed they do keep out the draft and you cannot see through them. I know this sounds stupid, but I thought 2 came in a package, so I have to go back and order 6 more. Live and learn. :) Nice product.

Very nice curtains...Never bought curtains/drapes before. I got them for a new place with sliding patio doors. The suede feels rich and seems to be well-made. They darken the windows really well. They'll give you privacy because you can't see thru them. The back side is made of satiny black cloth. You may need to iron them or throw them in a dryer after getting the packaging open. (a few wrinkles/creases) These curtains really do look good!

I ordered four of these panels and only received three I was unable to contact shipper after leaving several emails which is the only way to contact shipper explained to them I only received three and wanted to get the forth or return the three I received they never contact me about my request was very dissapionted with this will never order from that shipper again buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
