If your looking for an electric blanket to warm the bed before you get in it, this is NOT what you want. I've already sent the blanket in for repairs once because the control on one side did not work (on/off button did not work) and the other side would not heat up enough to even tell it was working. Less than 1 year after the repairs were completed (which were done VERY quickly and promptly - 5 starts for their repair group) the blanket is not heating one side of the bed at all. I would NOT purchase this blanket again. I have a full size of this blanket that was wonderful (that was purchased about 5 years before the kind size was) so I thought this would be just as good. Not so. Buyer beware, not a good warming blanket at all.

If I could rate this lower I would. I have never seen such a poor product, I have owned 2 in a year, they work for maybe a week. The first one stopped heating I had it a month, Sunbeam charged me $10.00 to ship it back, they said it was repaired a week later it stopped heating again. I got one for a gift same problems this item is junk save your money. Sunbeam does not back up the product you will send a fortune sending it back.

This has to be the biggest rip off. Do not buy Sunbeam product. Lasted less than ome year and there Warranty sucks. Told Me to send it to them and they would repair it and send back. At my expense.
Must be one of them China made company's now.
Would you believe this is the second one I've bought now in less than 2 years. Boy what a sucker I am.

Warning: Goodman's store who sells the Sunbeam electric blanket does NOT deliver what it advertises. They advertise the blanket as having a 4 7/8" satin binding, which all electric blankets are generally made with. BUT, the Sunbeam king size electric blanket that Goodman's sells has NO satin finishing borders.

Does not last...breaks in less than a month Dec 27, 2007

I purchased this product from a store on my base and it was warming up very good the first few weeks. That was about it. The blanket does not heat anymore after 2 months of use, what a rip off!!
I actually checked online for a solution and saw that a lot more people are having the same problems. I do not recommend it to no one!
