I love my Redi Shade! Jul 25, 2007
By K. Aaland I want plantation shutters on my arch window but I just can't decide what color to get, plus they take a long time to get after ordering as well. I found these at Great Indoors and read the simple instructions to cut the shade, fold over half and it would fit my arch. A custom fitting shade in minutes! I've had mine up for longer than I would like to admit (ok, about a year ;) but it looks fine (no one can tell it's a temp) and it still sticks great. Unlike previous reviewer, I had no problems. I get headaches so I wanted to be able to darken my room. I stuck up one of the room darkening Redi Shades behind behind my wood blinds. Trimmed & hung with the self adhesive strip, less than 5 min! They're great for those weird sized windows that are no one sees and are so expensive to have custom made. They're inexpensive, so throw it away (recycle) if it wears out! Now I see they have blackout and arches, pre-made, as well as fabric, vinyl and color ones too! Check out their website. I LOVE REDI-SHADES! Only wish I knew about them years earlier! Hey, this might be a great house warming gift! It's so expensive to cover all the windows in a new house, (and wait for their arrival with sheets on them), and not many people seem to know about these yet!

Had a problem originally with order, but was immediately remedied. Love the blinds! Jun 18, 2008
By Dena M. Gray These shades are attractive, easy. Love them and recommend highly if you aren't a carpenter or need a quick fix. They look so good you want to leave them up.

Great cheap temp shades Oct 18, 2009
By Empress I recently redecorated my bedroom and haven't picked out blinds yet. I purchased 3 36" x 72" Redi Shades in Natural for the three windows in my bedroom at Lowe's. I trimmed them myself with scissors. They are very attractive, serve their purpose, and are very cheap. I am very pleased with my purchase. If the blackout shades were white on one side (facing the street) I would probably use them behind the bamboo blinds and just replace them when necessary. Fabric blackout shades are expensive! These shades are great temporary shades and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great temporary shades! Mar 18, 2011
By Faye L. Bowring We have three windows at the top of our 20-foot high cathedral ceiling that permits the Arizona sun to shine in on our TV screen making it impossible to view during most of the day. One of our maintenance men suggested these temporary blinds and offered to install them as he had the necessary extension ladder. What I like about these shades is that while blocking the Arizona sun, they allow the light to filter through. This is our second set of three blinds with the first set lasting almost 3 years before the Arizona sun and a lost hummingbird caused the shades to fall apart! They are simple to install, cut to size with a utility knife, and you can use hidden thumbtacks if you want additional reinforcement so they will stay put. Very happy with these blinds and highly recommend them for blocking out the bright sun but not the light and for their durability even though they are paper blinds.

Great Product easy to use and mount Oct 25, 2010
By VP Great Tempprary blind. easy to cut and mount. Sticks on and peels off easily. Only thing missing would be a pull up string but since it is a temporary shade i guess not needed. It does come with clips to hold shaade open.
