This is a very nice duvet cover, soft and good quality. Keep in mind that this is not a down comforter. When reading reviews of duvet covers before selecting this one for purchase I read a few upset people expecting the actual comforter to come in the cover. Also this cover does not come with pillow covers which actually is strange because every one I've purchased did. The pillow covers are sold on here so no big deal just order them also if you want them. I was a little concerned about the size of the cover because sometimes the queen covers are really small. They seeem to be more on the full size than queen but this was a perfect fit. It hangs over and covers both sides of the mattress to the side rails. The only down side is that it does wrinkle very easily. Luckily if you spray a little water or wrinkle releaser on it and make the bed nice and flat the wrinkles will come out. For those of you perfectionist that wont do so they do make great garmet steamers that work great on comforters or covers while they are on the bed!

I order all of my bedding online (thread counts ranging from 300 to 1500) so I would say that I have a fair amount of experience comparing sheets of different qualities and price points. We recently made the switch from queen to king size bed, and I would say that this duvet cover (and matching pillow shams) are my favorite from of our latest batch of bedding purchases. I love the stitch detailing and the fabric is silky soft - I think it's comparable to our higher 800+ thread count sheets. Some people have gotten confused because the picture is somewhat misleading - you only get the duvet cover - not a duvet itself, and matching items (sheets, pillow shams, etc) are sold separately. Still, I would highly recommend. The price has actually decreased since I bought mine, so I'm considering getting a second set.

This duvet cover is excellent to touch. The fabric is so soft and pliable. The size is large enough for a king-size comforter and leaves a little room around the edges so that it will drape correctly off the sides of the bed. The button closure is designed correctly to hide the buttons beneath fabric so you don't see them or feel them. The color of the material is bright, crisp white with the border trim color. I have not yet laundered the set but I expect to keep both the water and dryer temps low to prevent excessive wrinkling. Very good value for your money.

When i saw this product i thougt that it should have been used for cold weather but its too thin.therefore it is not useful i think it is not duvet just blanket.

I was looking for a duvet and ordered this item. What I received was a duvet cover. Through the entire bedding section, Amazon uses the terms 'duvet' and 'comforter' quite freely when referring to duvet covers and comforter covers. So, if you're looking for an actual duvet, this is not the item for you.
However, it turns out that this duvet cover is absolutely gorgeous. It's silky soft, with a lovely sheen and the bordeaux bands beautifully accent the design and make the white pop even more. I have sheets that are 800 TC and this duvet cover is far softer and richer. So, even though it's not what I was looking for, I decided to keep the cover and now I have to find a duvet that's actually a duvet and not a cover.
