I received this as a gift from my wedding registy. The photo shows the duvet cover to be quite a dark sage when in fact it turned out to be very, very light. While it is technically sage, it is not even close to the shade of sage shown on the website. However, colour aside, I found there to be no buttonholes cut in the duvet cover. The stitching around the buttonholes has been done, but the holes were not actually cut so there is no way to button the duvet cover unless I cut them myself.

I contacted Amazon about this and was told that they cannot refund or replace the order since it was ordered from a seller on the website. I've been told "the best solution is to ask the person who bought the item to contact the seller for help. If the seller isn't able to resolve the problem, an A-to-z Guarantee claim can be filed to request reimbursement."

The online image showed these as a much darker shade of green so when this arrived with my new sheets they ended up being exactly the same color! This duvet cover is also not very soft, always looks wrinkled even when I take it directly out of the dryer, and collects a lot of hair very easily if you have cats or dogs. I ordered the Cal King size and my biggest gripe is why on earth Cal King duvets and duvet covers barely go over the edge of the bed?? If I'm ordering the speciality size you'd think these would be resized to drape nicely over the sides but alas they do not. What's up with that???
