I got this set of pillow cases for my 3 year old daughter because every morning she was miserable as I struggled to comb her hair without hurting her. She tosses and turns all night long and truly had a rats nest every morning. I figured this would help her hair and I could call it her "princess pillow". As an added bonus I hadn't expected, she tends to be warm all the time and even with a fan on would frequently sweat at night with regular pillow cases (getting her hair all wet), but she seems to not get as hot with this pillow case. She loves having her own princess pillow and I love it because she has a fraction of the knots every morning - making a nicer start to the day.
I'm not an expert in satin sheets, but the quality is pretty nice. It is soft and after a few washes has held up well (no loose strings, etc). We'll have to see for longer term last, but so far I've been pleased with the purchase and suspect we'll have these for a while. She has a standard pillow and it fits with about 4 inches of extra pillow case on one end.
Overall, a good purchase and I'd highly recommend it to any parent of a little girl with lots of tangles.

I bought the Ivory color and the pillow case is very soft and silky and wonderful to sleep on. I also bought a sheet from this store and it was as described. Great quality products!

Almost bought a satin pillow case without the hidden zipper. So glad I didn't! Very pleased with this purchase. The hidden zipper is within an approximately 3/4" flap of fabric. They have held up just fine going through the wash with my other dark items. I do let them air dry and they dry very quickly.

This satin pillowcase is perfect - it stays smooth all night long and saves my hair from being a frizzy mess in the morning. Good for preventing wrinkles, too!
