I guess I should have known the quality wouldn't be that awesome on this bed ruffle- it IS the cheapest one I could locate. But, for $12 odd dollars, I at least expected it to be properply hemmed. It has a "rough" serged hem at the bottom. I had to finish the hemming myself. The fabric is also very cheap-SCRATCHY feeling. And perhaps the worst part? It had some sort of crud on it when it arrived. Like the people packaging it used it to clean their hands or something. Yuck.
I should have spent a few bucks more for something way better.
