The item is not exactly the same as pictured, the shark is at the bottom of the curtain rather than in or near the middle. Not bad for the price though.

The graphics look like the photo, but the plastic is thin and there are no magnets at the base. The light weight combined with the lack of magnets make it blow around a lot and it feels icky when it clings to your skin while showering. So it's cute, but not as functional as I would have liked.

I use this as my outside shower curtain with a clear plastic one for the inside curtain (that came with moving in to the apartment).
It's a very cool design and it arrived pretty fast highly recommended.

I've added a photo above of how this curtain looks hanging in the shower. As other reviewers have noted, when the curtain is inside the tub, you don't get the full effect of the leaping shark, but it still looks great.
The design is in a softer blue than is shown in the product photo, which I actually like. The background is a slightly opaque clear (milky clear but still fuzzily see-through), rather than totally clear, and, again, I think that adds to the design. (We don't use a liner.)

It's plenty big enough to cover my full shower and it's sturdy enough that the curtain always stays down even with the mysterious breeze in my bathroom. I use the shark curtain on the outside, and I have a white waterproof liner on the inside. I love it!
