beautiful colors, functional, one issue though... Aug 29, 2008
By Dawn M. Golden Love the gorgeous sunset colors. These towels really do their job. The only slight disappointment is upon washing they get slightly nubby and some seams can come loose. I've had this experience with other brand floursack towels before. This ould just be "part of working with this fabric."

Towel edges are not sewn well and unravelled before first use. Didn't order any more of these.

Love these towels both for quality and looks. The colors are vivid, and they are first rate for drying in the kitchen.
They seem to get softer the more they are used. Oct 26, 2009

We have purchased a dozen or so of these towels now and have found they seem to get a little softer the more they are used. I like the simple "no pattern" towels. Reminds me when my Sister and I washed dishes when we were kids, a time when things were much more simple. I'm glad we found these on Amazon.

pretty and useful Apr 07, 2010
By Kats I love these floursack towels. What a great idea to dye a classic towel. They're so cheerful sitting folded up on my kitchen shelf.
In case you haven't used them before, floursacks are wonderful for drying towels. They are absorbent and don't leave lint on your dishes. I've given up using any other type of towel because I hate wiping down dishes only to discover they are still wet, are streaked, or have lint all over them.
These towels are quite large in size, which is a bonus.
The only disappointment I had in them is that the orange towel is a bit loud.
I've used and washed my towels many times and I haven't had a problem with the edges unraveling.
