 Ok, but launders poorly! Mar 29, 2010

I ordered these in iris blue, which turned out to be perfect - not too bright, not too dull. A couple of the placemats had little "pulls" in the fabric, which I wasn't thrilled with - but (except for one) they were pretty minor. The problem came in when I laundered them (as a previous reviewer said, they do seem to show stains). The placemats that were washed shrank substantially in the dryer - and came out exceptionally wrinkled. Haven't gotten out the iron yet, but I do hope that they'll smooth out and also stretch back out a bit! So, overall, a disappointing non-user-friendly purchase.

I was shoked at how electric green these were when I opened the box! I'm not sure if the picture is bad or my monitor is off, but they appeared to be a nice, soft green. They are actually true to their "lime zest" name. I returned them for another color.

These placemats are very attractive, but have to be laundered frequently. The least thing that gets on them creates a stain. I thought they might be a little more stain resistant.
