Croscill's "Townhouse" towel is comprised of a heavyweight, 16 pound, all American natural cotton blank with a hefty absorbency. The ivory color towel is adorned with a richly woven embellishment of a jacquard banded fabric in luxurious tones of merlot and jade stripe on a rich gold ground. The fabric band is further enhanced with a braided merlot toned cording at the top hem and an elegantly woven looped fringe in rich gold and burgundy threads. These towels coordinate beautifully with the other pieces in the "Townhouse" collection, including porcelain bath accessories, a jacquard shower curtain and bedding items.

This towel set is beautiful. Only problem is that it falls off the towel rack when decoratively folded because the ribbon trim is very heavy.

Do yourself a favor and pick up this towel if you love the Croscill Townhouse, Dunhill (Dover Manor), Winslow and Love Letter patterns. This is the largest and most expensive of the Townhouse towel collection.
