NOOOOOO Jun 28, 2008

The fabric is wonderful, the stitching not so much. It's such a shame because I do love the material and weight of this comforter, but the stiching is crooked, and there are now holes so that I can see the stuffing inside... wonderful. I do not recommend this product, I was very unhappy with this. It basically looks years old within a week. RIDICULOUS!!

Great deal for the price Jan 10, 2008
By Aaron Christensen This comforter is definitely pleasing to the touch. It is soft and supple. The color is nice--very versatile. My only complaint would be that it's not very heavy. It just doesn't feel very substantial when you're under it. And because of its light weight it's not the warmest thing out there, either. If you're looking for warmth, spend a few more dollars on something a bit more substantial. This would be a really nice summer set for any bed, and for the price it can't be beat.
One word of warning: the picture shows the comforter on a smaller bed so the drop of the comforter looks longer. This is a marketing tactic and it is used on almost ALL bedding. That having been said, the actual drop of this comforter is sufficient to barely cover our entire 14" standard king-size mattress on the sides, but not at the foot of the bed. We have a foot board so it's not a big deal, but buyer beware.

size matters Jan 24, 2008

I agree, soft, beautiful, the quilting adds just enough detail for my taste without looking overly busy. Yes it is fairly thin and lightweight, but the duvet cover sets I looked at cost $70 and on up, without the bedskirt and shams. Thanks to the former reviewer, I ordered the king size set for my queen size bed. It hangs over the mattress on 3 sides when pulled all the way to the head of the bed. I have to modify the dust ruffle to fit around the footboard posts, so the larger size is an asset to me. The king size pillow covers are huge, I'm going to cut them down for throw pillow covers. I think it was worth the money I paid for it in material alone.

Love the touch and warmth Dec 10, 2010
By Glenn Morris we have the king size, it feels wonderful and is very warm. We love it, its a really good winter comforter, not light like all the other ones you buy at that price. A really good buy.

This comforter is a delight! I thought it might be too heavy from the picture, but it is quite light weight, and yet thick and plush! I am quite happy with my purchase.
