I bought two sets of these for my family. I might not use them for company, because the texture and weave are casual, not at all fancy. However, I use them more often than any other placemat, because they wash like a dream and go back on the table without ironing. The perfect balance between wipe-clean plastic (no toddlers anymore -- don't have to do plastic) and fancier placemats that have to be ironed.

These placemats are an excellent addition to anyone's table. They resist stains and are easy to care for.
Once they've been used, just throw them in the washer and dryer. They are wrinkle free and can be put right back on the table without any touchups whatsoever.

These placemats were purchased as a Christmas gift, and the recipient was very pleased. The placemats are a good size, well-made, and coordinate well with most styles of dinnerware. The cobblestone design is subtle, and not distracting.

I brought these for my mother to be used everyday. The corners are staying down at the present time and they have not been washed yet. The fact that you can flip them over is a plus. She really likes the burgundy color.

I really like these placemats and have them in several colors. They wash and wear well and are reversible so that if one side gets a stain you can flip it over and use it a little longer. I also like that they come out of the dryer with almost no ironing needed. At least I don't iron them and they look fine. Overall I am very happy with them.
